Bill Davis is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator for all Circuit Court, Appellate Court, and County Court disputes.
Mr. Davis has extensive experience in civil litigation at both the circuit and county court levels, including many jury trials. He is especially experienced in insurance disputes, both first-party and third-party claims. He has significant experience in personal injury litigation, property litigation, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and presuit global settlement conferences.
Mr. Davis is based in Orlando and will mediate cases throughout central Florida.
Mr. Davis conducts mediations Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Other hours may be available by request.
